"Countless studies showed that C60 fullerene and derivatives could have many potential biomedical applications. However, while several independent research groups showed that C60 has no acute or subacute toxicity in various experimental models, more than 25 years after its discovery the in vivo fate and the chronic effects of this fullerene remain unknown.
If the potential of C60 and derivatives in the biomedical field have to be fulfilled these issues must be addressed. Here we show that oral administration of C60 dissolved in olive oil (0.8 mg/ml) at reiterated doses (1.7 mg/kg of body weight) to rats not only does not entail chronic toxicity but it almost doubles their lifespan. The effects of C60-olive oil solutions in an experimental model of CCl4 intoxication in rat strongly suggest that the effect on lifespan is mainly due to the attenuation of age-associated increases in oxidative stress.
Pharmacokinetic studies show that dissolved C60 is absorbed by the gastro-intestinal tract and eliminated in a few tens of hours. These results of importance in the fields of medicine and toxicology should open the way for the many possible -and waited for- biomedical applications of C60 including cancer therapy, neurodegenerative disorders, and ageing. C60 Action of our product
The C60 oil preparation has a powerful neutralizing action of free radicals, responsible for aging. There is also a beneficial action on dissolved heavy metals in the body. Overall C60 oil has a very fast action on depuration of the body.
C60 Dosage
The appropriate dosage of carbon 60 has not been scientifically evaluated, however, we have received enough feedback from our customers to offer some general dosing recommendations.
- 1 Rodent (500 grammes - 1.1 lb) = 0.5 ml olive oil C60 (0.8 mg C60/ml)
- 1 Dog Chihuahua (2 kilogrammes - 4.4 lb) = 1 ml olive oil C60 (0.8 mg C60/ml)
- 1 Domestic Cat (4 kilogrammes - 9 lb) = 1 ml olive oil C60 (0.8 mg C60/ml)
- 1 Dog Labrador (29 kilogrammes - 64 lb) = 3 ml olive oil C60 (0.8 mg C60/ml)
- 1 Dog Dogue allemand (54 kilogrammes - 120 lb) = 4.5 ml olive oil C60 (0.8 mg C60/ml)
- 1 Dog Mastiff (90 kilogrammes - 200 lb) = 5 ml olive oil C60 (0.8 mg C60/ml)
- 1 Horse Race (450 kilogrammes - 1000 lb) = 50 ml olive oil C60 (0.8 mg C60/ml)
A teaspoon contains about 5 ml (0.16 oz), a tablespoon about 15ml (0.5 oz). These doses should be taken daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach, the liver functions optimally at this time of the day. It can also split in two times, morning and evening. There are about 20 teaspoons in our 100 ml (3.38 oz) bottle.
The Baati / Paris study failed to demonstrate the toxicity of C60 olive oil (0.8 mg C60 / ml), even using very high dosages, roughly 20 times those recommended here.
For local application, we recommend rubbing a few drops a day in the area you are focusing on.
The apple, the fruit, seems to have a very beneficial effect on taking C60 in oil-based solution. Indeed digestion of an apple releases large amounts of hydrogen in the body that allows an even more effective action of our product.
C60 Side effects
If side effects occur in the first few days, such as headaches, the daily dose is too high to start. The depuration action is then too fast. The dose should be halved for 1 to 2 weeks and then the suggested dosage should be repeated or exceeded. For a weight of 60 to 90 kg (120 to 200 lb), the dose can be about 15ml (1 tablespoon).
C60 Oil variants
Herbivorous animals may prefer the coconut oil preparation.
The preparation with avocado oil is better for carnivorous animals (dogs, cats)
C60 Color of the preparation
We use an olive oil made from black olives, softer. The natural color of this olive oil is dark green, the dilution of C60 browns the preparation, it is the sign of a high content of C60 and an excellent product.
C60 Storage
To protect our product from degradation, we recommend storing the preparation in a place protected from heat and light, such as a cabinet away from any appliance generating heat.
Do not refrigerate. By placing the oil in a refrigerator, it freezes. If this happens, simply return the oil to room temperature to allow it to return to normal consistency.
The preparation based on fractionated coconut oil remains liquid.
C60 Conservation
The shelf life is about one year, this date is indicated on the product label. Our product is manufactured a maximum of 2 months in advance before its commercialization.
