The site www.c60-france.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is an information and e-commerce site accessible via the Internet network, open to any user of this network (hereinafter referred to as the "Internet user"). It is published by ABzH Prod (hereinafter referred to as "ABzH Prod"), EI, whose registered office is located at 107 Impasse de la Borie Salon de Provence, registered in the Register of Commerce and Companies of Salon de Provence under number 531 454 809.
The Site allows ABzH Prod to offer for sale natural oils and accessories manufactured by and/or for ABzH Prod (hereinafter referred to as "Products") to Internet users browsing on the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Users"). The User who has validated an order will be called "Customer". The rights and obligations of the User necessarily apply to the Customer.
Any order of a Product offered on the Site requires the consultation and express acceptance of these general conditions of sale and withdrawal, manifested by ticking the box "I declare that I have read and accept the general conditions of sale c60-france.com and that I am informed of my right of withdrawal. ".
ARTICLE 1 - OBJECT
The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to define, exclusively, through the relationships they establish on the Internet network, the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from the online sale of the Products offered on the Site.
They regulate all the steps necessary for placing the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the Parties.
The present conditions apply to the exclusion of any other document.
ARTICLE 2 - PRODUCTS
The Products offered for sale by ABzH Prod are those that appear on the Site, on the day the User consults the Site and within the limits of available stocks.
In the event of unavailability of one of the Products, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
The photographs and texts illustrating the Products do not fall within the contractual scope.
2.2 Use of products
Precautions for use
C60 oils are very powerful Anti-Oxidants and can be dangerous if they are not used properly.
ABzH Prod attaches the precautions for the use of C60 oils and the hygiene and safety conditions to each order.
The Customer must take note of the precautions for use before using ABzH Prod Products and respect them for any use of ABzH Prod Products.
The recommendations for use are also downloadable here: "Recommendations for the use of C60 oils". The Customer who sells or offers an ABzH Prod Product with the agreement of ABzH Prod is required to give his buyer the recommendations for use with the ABzH Prod Product.
ABzH Prod shall not be held liable for damage caused by misuse of one of its Products or by non-compliance with the recommendations for use and health and safety conditions when using one of its Products or by failure to provide these recommendations by a retailer.
Therapeutic use of C60 oils
C60 oils are not harmless products and contain very high percentages of active substances. ABzH Prod does not encourage self-medication.
The information provided on the Site is based on scientific reference experiments. Data for information purposes only, they shall in no case constitute medical information, nor engage the responsibility of ABzH Prod.
For any use of C60 oils for therapeutic purposes, ABzH Prod recalls the need to consult a competent doctor or pharmacist.
2.3 Resale of ABzH Prod
The resale of ABzH Prod products is not authorized unless otherwise agreed in writing and contractually with ABzH Prod, the brand owner.
The repackaging of ABzH Prod products for resale under another brand is not authorized unless otherwise agreed in writing with ABzH Prod.
ARTICLE 3 - PRICE
Prices are indicated in Euros and are valid for the territories of the European Union excluding the DOM and TOM. They take into account any discounts and French VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside the European Union and to the French overseas departments and territories will be invoiced without VAT and may be subject to any taxes, customs duties and other related charges that are imposed when the package arrives at its destination. These additional costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
The prices indicated on the Site are guaranteed on the day of the order within the limit of available stocks, and unless there is a manifest error of typography or omission.
The prices indicated do not take into account the shipping costs which will be invoiced in addition or offered according to the amount of the order and the country of delivery, and will be specified to the User when his order is finally validated.ABzH Prod reserves the right, which the User accepts, to modify its prices at any time.The customer declares that he accepts the general conditions of the ABzH Prod loyalty program as soon as he accepts the general conditions of sale C60-France.
ARTICLE 4 - REGISTRATION AND ORDER VALIDATION
4.1 Navigation within the Site
The User can take note of the different Products offered for sale by ABzH Prod on its Site.
The User can navigate freely on the different pages of the Site without being committed to an order.
4.2 Order registration
If the User wishes to place an order, he will choose the different Products in which he is interested, and will express this interest by clicking on the "basket" pictogram.
At any time, the User may:
- Get a summary of the Products he has selected, by clicking on the basket.
- Continue or modify your selection of Products by clicking on "Back to catalogue".
To order the Products they have chosen in this way, after having clicked on "Join the checkout", all Users must identify themselves, by entering their e-mail address and the password they have previously chosen when creating their account, or, if this is their first order, by clicking on "Create my account". In the latter case, the User must accurately complete the form provided, on which he/she will include the information necessary for his/her identification and in particular his/her surname, first name and postal address. In addition, the User must provide his e-mail address and a password of his choice, which will be personal and confidential and which he will need to identify himself later on the Site.
The User is informed and accepts that entering these two identifiers is proof of his identity and expresses his consent.
To benefit from a commercial offer that has been sent to him, the User must enter and validate his "advantage code", in the field provided, on the Summary page of the order.
4.3 Final validation of the order and payment
After having read the status of his order, and once all the requested information has been completed by the User, a summary of this information and the order will appear and the latter will have to choose the payment method with which he wishes to make his payment to confirm his order definitively.
The orders are payable in:
- Euros by French or international credit card, French or European bank transfer or by French cheque.
It is specified that by making an immediate payment by credit card, the User will then be automatically switched to the electronic payment server of the secure payment platform. This platform is secured by S.S.L. (Secure Socket Layer) encryption in order to protect all data related to payment methods, and that at no time will the User's bank data transit on the C60-France computer system.
As soon as he validates his payment, the order is recorded. The User becomes a Client. The order form shall be recorded in C60-France's computer registers and shall be considered as proof of the contractual relations between the Parties.
In accordance with Article 6. below, the Customer shall have a right of withdrawal and refund, for a period of fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the Products by the Customer.
4.4 Order confirmation
A summary of the order will be displayed once the order has been validated.
This confirmation will include all the elements of the contract between the Parties.This order summary will also be sent by email to the Customer within minutes of purchase.
The Customer will then have access to the "order tracking" by clicking on "my account" and identifying himself by his email address and password.
4.5 Modifying a command
Tracking of orders placed is accessible from the "My Account" menu.
To modify an order, it is necessary to cancel the order, return it to the shopping cart and then correct it as desired before validating it.An order placed in status "in preparation" or "shipped" is no longer modifiable.
The Customer can give gifts to his friends via the Site. The ordering procedure is the same as the one followed for personal purchases. The C60-France Site allows the Client to send a personalized message to the recipient of the gift. This message will appear on the document that accompanies the merchandise upon delivery.
C60-France guarantees that the price of the item(s) offered will not appear on the document that accompanies the merchandise upon delivery.
The recipient of the gift, too, will enjoy all the guarantees stipulated in Article 6 below.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
5.1 Shipping times and methods
Your orders are processed as soon as possible by the Customer Service and Shipping Department, open from Monday to Friday included.
Orders are prepared as soon as payment is received, payment by credit card guarantees the speed of processing your order.
Delivery time in metropolitan France
Shipments take place within 48 hours of receipt of payment for your order, unless otherwise indicated on the "basket" page.These times are in working days, excluding postal delivery problems.
Delivery time in the rest of the world
Your order will be delivered by COLIPOSTE. The countries delivered, shipping methods and delivery times are indicated on the C60-France Site by clicking here.
5.2 Delay / no delivery
Loss of packages during transport
Colissimo and FedEx are very reliable services. However, as in any shipment, there may be a delay in delivery or the package may get lost. In the event of a delivery delay of more than 7 days, the Customer must inform C60-France's customer service department, which will forward the information to the Post Office or Fedex to initiate an investigation. This investigation may take up to 21 days from the date of its opening. If during this period, the package is found, it will be immediately redirected to the Customer's home (in most cases). If, on the other hand, the package is not found at the end of the 21-day investigation period, Colissimo or FedEx considers the package lost. In this case, C60-France will send the Customer a replacement package at its own expense. If the lost product(s) were no longer available at that time, C60-France would refund the Customer the amount of these products.
In case of a delay of more than 7 days in delivery compared to the scheduled delivery date, the Customer may cancel his order by contacting C60-France Customer Service by email or phone.
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, open package, damaged package, broken products...) must be indicated on the delivery note in the form of "handwritten reserves", accompanied by the Customer's signature. The Customer must immediately report the defect to C60-France Customer Service by so that a complaint can be made to Coliposte.
C60-France will return the replacement product(s) to the Customer, at its expense.
ARTICLE 6 - RETURN AND RIGHT OF RETRACTATION
The Customer has a right of return of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the entire order to withdraw without necessarily giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify his decision to withdraw from his order by a clear written declaration specifying his full name, e-mail address, order number and date:

In the event of a Customer's withdrawal, C60-France will refund payments received from the Customer without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which C60-France is informed of the Customer's withdrawal decision.
In the event of a Customer's withdrawal on the entire order, C60-France will refund all payments received from the Customer for this order.The refund will be made by the same means of payment as the Customer used for his order or by bank transfer.
C60-France may defer this refund until receipt and verification of the Products.
Return of products
The Customer must return the Products no later than fourteen (14) days after having communicated his decision of retraction.
The returned products must be unopened, complete and undamaged.
The return of packages must be made to the following address:

accompanied by the retraction form downloadable here or the following information on plain paper: surname and first name, e-mail, address, order number and date.
The Customer shall bear the cost of returning the complete order or Products.
ARTICLE 7 - GUARANTEE QUALITY
The Customer benefits from a quality guarantee on ABzH Prod products.
If the defect is proven, ABzH Prod undertakes to exchange or refund defective or non-conforming products as well as any return costs within fourteen (14) days.

ARTICLE 8 - COMPUTER AND FREEDOM
In accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law, the processing of personal information relating to customers has been declared to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) under the registration number: 2144412.To do so, the Client may contact C60-France:

ARTICLE 9 - LITIGATIONS
This contract is subject to French law. ABzH Prod cannot be held liable for any damage of any kind, whether material or immaterial or physical, that may result from the misuse of the products marketed.Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith being always presumed by the person who takes the time to explain his situation. In the event of a dispute, the Client shall first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution.
The Commercial Court of Salon de Provence is the only competent court, regardless of the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted.
